The conveyor uses TransFlow® technology to precisely control the conveying air and condition the product. This causes difficult-to-handle product to move in the conveyor pipe. Using the STINGER® conveyor with a bulk bag unloading frame has made the unloading and transferring of TIO2, Carbon Black and other hard to handle products convey reliably over horizontal distance of 100 horizontally, 30 feet vertically and through several elbows at rates up to 80,000 pounds per hour.
