Young Industries Field Service is Available World Wide
Field service is provided by direct employees of Young Industries. A field service technician, project engineer or senior engineer will be assigned as determined by the service requirement. All field service personnel are selected based on their experience and product knowledge. A senior engineer will be a licensed professional engineer. Field service is available world wide from our Home Office in Muncy, PA.
TYPICAL RESPONSE TIME
For emergencies our response time is immediate. For normal scheduling we request a one week advance notice to facilitate scheduling. In all cases, we schedule to meet the field requirements.
REPAIR CAPABILITIES, FACILITIES AND TECHNOLOGIES OFFERED
Major repairs are typically made in the Young Industries plant in Muncy, PA. Minor repair, and, when necessary, major repair will be made in the field by Young Industries personnel or by qualified contractors with factory supervision.
ACCESSIBILITY OF HOME OFFICE TECHNICAL STAFF OF FIELD STAFF
Telephone and/or FAX communication is maintained between field staff and the home office. For key personnel a list of home phone numbers is maintained for contact when the office is closed. All Department Managers have access to the parts stockroom and are authorized to remove and ship materials to customer plant sites when emergency situations arise.
INSTALLATION AND/OR INSTALLATION SUPERVISION
Large installation contracts are handled by using qualified contractors with supervision and scheduling provided by Young Industries personnel. Small installation projects are handled entirely by employees of Young Industries.
START-UP ASSISTANCE
Start-up assistance is provided world wide.
TRAINING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING STAFF
On-site training for maintenance and operating staff is available and can be scheduled at any time. This training may also be provided along with the start-up assistance. IOM Manuals are available for all component items at no-charge to the customer.
TROUBLE-SHOOTING ASSISTANCE
Trouble-shooting assistance is available world wide for all of Young Industries products and systems.
All equipment I.O.M. Manuals include trouble shooting instructions. In addition, trouble shooting assistance is available from Young Industries by telephone for on-site adjustments.
