Model "DP" Rotary Feeder Valve
The Model "DP" Rotary Valve is designed for use in continuous low velocity dense phase conveying systems.
The Model "DP" Rotary Valve is used to airlock and metering of bulk materials both powder and pellets into the low velocity or dense phase high pressure conveyline.
The Model "DP" (Dense Phase) rotary valve controls the high pressure air or gas loss between two different pressure zones in a dense phase conveyor while allowing dry solids material to pass from one pressure zone to the other. The Model "DP" rotary valve is designed as an airlock feeder for handling 60 PSIG housing and differential pressure or vacuum.
The Model "DP" Rotary Valve with its large throughput capacity can handle a variety of bulk materials. The valve can be furnished with Model "RN" rotary valve features for pellet conveying applications
The valve can be provide in standard sizes ranging from 4 " diameter flange size to 20" flange size with special sizes available.
The Model "DP" are furnished with shroud rotors are available with four different rotor designs and wide variety of features to handle a wide range of process requirements.
