The Young Industries, Inc. Model "NJ" is a special version of the "HC" Rotary Valve This valve is a High Capacity Drop-Thru-Airlock Feeder Rotary Valve with a non-jamming inlet design to allow the metering pellets and other granulars. The advantage of the Model "NJ" Rotary Valve is that the speed can be varied without the valve jamming. The speed can be varied by an inverter over a wide range of throughput capacities. Unlike the Model "SE" side entry rotary valves, the feeding capacity increases in direct proportion to the speed and feeding efficiency is not reduced through the valve's recommended speed range.
In addition to the non-jamming and large throughput capacity, the Model "NJ" Rotary Valve air or gas leakage is the lowest in the industry.
