The Model “HC” High Capacity Rotary Valve is a Drop-Thru-Airlock Feeder Valve with a large throughput capacity as compared to other Rotary Valves.

This full size opening design results in “straight though” high efficency rotor pocket filling and discharging. The valve allows removal of the rotor without removing the packing gland. No tools are required for disassembly or assembly. The Mode “DP” (Dense Phase) rotary valve controls the high pressure air or gas loss between two different pressure zones in a dense phase conveyor while allowing dry solids material to pass from one pressure zone to the other.
