Multi-Flow™ Bulk Bag Unloading Frame Application Information
The Multi-Flow™ bulk bag unloading frame can be designed to handle a wide range of powders and bulk solids materials. We have designed units for handling powders, resins, pellets, flakes, pigments, and re-grinds. The frames that we provide are designed to be operated by a single operator and run 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year.
The Young industries Multi-Flow™ bulk bag unloading frame utilizes a chain hoist to lift and position the bulk bag into the frame assembly. This is a safe and clean way to handle bulk bags in most applications.
The Young industries bulk bag unloading frame is completely self-contained, for one man operation without the need for a forklift.
The frame itself can be constructed in the height required for specific bag application. The chain hoist can either be electric or pneumatic depending on the customer’s requirements.
For materials that do not flow freely, a bag activator hopper can be position on the frame assembly. The activator Hopper has adjustable eccentric weight type of vibrator to vibrate the bottom of the bag, inducing flow for typical handling materials.

Multi-Flow™ Bulk Bag Unloading Frame Optional Features
