We recently manufactured a 304S/S Ribbon Mixer with 75 cu. ft. mixing capacity. The mixer is designed to mix ingredients for glue. The Mixer includes several features that make it unique to the application.
1. The Mixer is a slotted end design for easy installation and removal of the agitator if ever needed.
2. The mixer body uses a 100 PSIG @ 250 degree, ASME, UM heating jacket as needed by the application to heat the ingredients.
3. The top of the unit is supplied with a hinged lid with swing clamps and heavy-duty hinges to make access easy.
4. For safety purposes the top of the body is fitted with perforated metal so that when the top is opened, no one can get into the agitator if the unit is running. The unit can still be washed out if needed.
5. For adding ingredients to the mixer, a 22” x 32” opening is positioned in the cover. The opening has a hinged cover with gas spring cylinders.
