This is an application where there is not much space available to convey product from a hopper to the process feeder. The best choice is a Young Industries Transvair Aero-Mechanical Conveyor System.
With the ability to convey at any angle, this conveyor fits into a very tight location for this application. A Model HC Rotary Valve located under a Transflow storage hopper is used to feed the conveyor at a rate of 400 cu. ft. per hour. The conveyor re-fills a Gravimetric Stinger Screw Feeder located very close to the storage hopper. The conveyor angle of incline is 65 degrees from horizontal and requires very little space and is easily supported.
